Accommodation
The house boasts a magnificent surroundings and a splendid view of Lake Constance and the mountains.
In the Basement
You'll find the spacious and historically rich potato cellar, exclusively used for special events. With numerous seating areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and an open fireplace for grilling, this space provides a unique ambiance for unforgettable gatherings.
On the Ground Floor
is the living area of my wife, our daughter, and me. Occasional encounters (mostly in the entrance area) are possible, but please feel free to use all rooms not marked as private. If desired, there is a shared shower and a separate toilet on the ground floor. The available living space covers about 600 square meters, complemented by a spacious 1000 square meter fenced garden with seating and a gas grill.
On the First Floor
Four cozy double rooms await you, along with a luxurious bathroom with daylight, bathtub, shower, toilet, and bidet exclusively for you, as well as a separate toilet in the hallway. Additionally, a coffee and snack niche is at your disposal.
On the Second Floor
The laundry room and the unheated gaming room with a carom billiards table, a ping pong table, various board games, comfortable seating, and two inviting hammocks await you.
In the Unheated Attic
You'll find not only laundry lines but also another cozy heated double room with a breathtaking view of Lake Constance.
Guests have access to Wi-Fi in all areas. With a speed of around 106 MBit/s, it is the fastest available option in this region.

Access to the House
Guests access the house using an individually generated numeric code, which you'll receive three days before arrival.
The car entrance to the property is at the back. A total of 5 parking spaces are available.
On foot, you also have the option to enter the property from the front.
If arriving by bicycle, there are also five indoor parking spaces available.
For early or late arrivals/departures, luggage may be deposited on the property at your own risk.
